OUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
We recognize the impact of trauma on behaviour, relationships, and identity. Our services prioritize emotional safety, empowerment, and cultural awareness.
The Tree of Life is a narrative therapy model that helps individuals reconnect with their strengths, culture, and identity. It's especially in group settings.
We utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to improve emotional regulation, enhance distress tolerance, and promote healthy decision skills.

Meet the Founder
VIOLA NCUBE
MSW, RSW, EMDR Certified Therapist
Viola brings extensive experience supporting individuals across a range of complex therapeutic settings. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches with a grounded understanding of each person’s story and context.

She focuses on helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing, rather than simply managing symptoms. Her approach combines structure, accountability, and emotional depth—supporting meaningful, lasting change.
Viola believes people do not need fixing. They need the right support, clarity, and space to reconnect with themselves.
Mind Care Alberta operates as a collaborative practice, working alongside trusted associates to provide thoughtful, high-quality care both in-person and virtually.
